Due to social distancing guidelines, our Freshman Orientation will be conducted by appointment only, during the week of August 3-7 from 9am-noon and 1:00-3:00 daily.

 

We ask that only one parent accompany the student to the meeting. Masks are not required, but encouraged. Hand sanitizer will be available.

ATHLETICS UPDATE - Physicals, Handbook and More

Capital Region Medical Center is offering physicals for athletes interested in participating in athletics for the 2020-2021 school year.

Physicals are now good for TWO years from the date the physical was completed.

Incoming 7th graders and seniors playing a spring sport and had their physicals done 5/1/2018 at school or before will need new physicals.

If you have a question about physicals, or want to know if your child is eligible for the 2020-2021 season, please contact megan.brinkmann@coler5.us with any questions.

 

Required Documents to Participate in 2020-2021 Eugene Athletics:

  • Current MSHSAA Physical
  • Annual Pre-Participation Form (provides updated insurance information)
  • Capital Region Medical Center Release Form
  • Signed acknowledgement of the Athletic Handbook.

7-12 Registration Update - August 10-14 from 8-noon and 1-3pm in the High School Office.

  • We are limiting the number of people in the building to one student and one parent.
  • Sophomore, Junior and Senior students can pick up registration packets in the high school office anytime during the week of Aug 10-15. We are limiting the number of people in the building to one student and one parent. Any schedule changes will be by appointment only with Mrs. Adrian.   • Junior High students can pick up registration packets anytime during the week of Aug 10-15. Changes to Junior High schedules will be taken care of the 1st day of school. All student schedules are available on the student/parent portal
  • Return all packets on the first day of school.

Alumni Breakfast - The next Alumni Breakfast will be held on October 28. Alumni breakfasts are held the last Wednesday in October and April each year. For ticket info, visit the Alumni page.
