Request for Bid - Roof Replacement

Cole R-V seeks bids for Roof Replacement. Please see the attached bid packet for full details. Bids will be accepted through June 21 at 2:00pm. No late bids will be accepted.

Summer School Bus Routes

Here are the summer school bus routes for 2021. 

Please be at your bus route stop at least 5 minutes prior to scheduled pickup.

For those attending summer school, please see the attached breakfast and lunch menus for May and June.

Free Sports Physicals

FREE Sports Physicals will be held on June 30, 2021 from 2:30-5:30pm in the Cole R-V High School Gym for students entering 7th-12th grade in the fall.

 

You must pre-register by calling (573) 498-4010 or email megan.brinkmann@coler5.us.

 

Please fill out the following paperwork before your appointment:

  2. MSHSAA Annual Requirements
  3. CRMC Release of Information

Masks are required. Please bring your own mask and wear athletic attire to the exam.

7th/8th Grade Supply List - If you are interested in shopping for school supplies, here is the list.

Volleyball Camp - July 6-8. Coach Buechter is hosting volleyball camp in the HS gym. Registration Form

  • 6-8 grade: 10am-11:30am
  • 9-12 grade: 12:30pm-2:00pm

Summer Weights Schedule - Weight training will be conducted by Ethan Shackelford and Kailey Morris through the month of June. If interested, contact the Athletic Department or one of your coaches. Schedule

JH/HS Registration - August 9-13 from 9-noon and 1:00-3:00 daily. The HS office is closed from noon-1:00 for lunch. Please come on your designated day, and meetings are first come, first served.

  • August 9 - Seniors
  • August 10 - Juniors
  • August 11 - Sophomores
  • August 12 - Freshmen
  • August 13 - JH and any new students.

Kindergarten Screenings - were scheduled during Registration and will be held on August 2-4.

Six Flags Read to Succeed Tickets Extended - Unused tickets earned during the 2020 season will be valid through August 31, 2021. If you have questions, visit sixflags.com/read

Alumni

Alumni Banquet - June 12 at 6:00pm at the Knights of Columbus in Mary's Home. More information can be found on the Class Reunion page.

Alumni Breakfast - Alumni breakfasts are held the last Wednesday in October and April each year. The next scheduled Alumni Breakfast is scheduled for October 27. For ticket info, visit the Alumni page.

Eugene Foundation - Everyone knows how a small sacrifice can make a big difference. If you are interested in supporting the Eugene Foundation, you can help fund scholarships for our seniors seeking post-secondary education. To learn more, view this flyer or email the Foundation.

BELIEF STATEMENTS

It is important to keep current on educational issues.

The mission of the Cole County R-V School District is to create an environment that will raise the performance of all students and to provide the opportunity to maximize physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.  In a climate of mutual respect and cooperation, students will develop as:  self directed learners, effective communicators, problem solvers, collaborative workers and responsible citizens.
