"ACS Day at the Ballpark" - FCA Relay for Life team will be selling STL Cardinal tickets for the August 30th game. Tickets for 100/200 level seating is $35/ea. Hot dog and drink is included along with autographs opportunities, and a chance to go in the dugout! Relay For Life will receive approx. 50% of each ticket! Deadline is February 28.

Senior Scholarships - Seniors, please check the scholarship board as more scholarships have become available.

Winter Sports Banquet - March 11 at 6:00 in the HS Cafeteria, with awards following in the PAC. Please submit RSVP form by February 28.

FFA National Officer Visit - February 28 starting at 1:00pm in the PAC. Our FFA Chapter welcomes Yomar Roman, a sophomore majoring in Animal Science at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez.

Drama Club Presents "The Funny Thing About Ghosts" - March 19 and 20 at 6:30 pm in the PAC. Admission is $5, children 5/under are free.

Eagle Classic Golf Tournament - April 4 at Redfield Golf Course. Please support our juniors and seniors as we raise funds for a safe, alcohol/drug free after party for Prom.

Yearbook Orders - You can order yearbooks online! Visit  enter code 43879E

Yearbooks are $50. You may personalize your yearbook with the student's name for $3.00 or with the student's name and photo for $5.00. Any questions, contact Mrs. Rasmussen.

Hay Bale Rings - the FFA is taking orders for hay bale rings. If you are interested, contact Mr. Hager.

Six Flags Tickets for Reading - There is still time for your students to register to earn a free Six Flags ticket for reading 6 hours!

Parents can register for Read to Succeed using the details below:

  • Register child at using code 9VQ2B
  • By April 17, complete the online reading log for your child.
  • Expect a Six Flags St. Louis ticket for your child in May!

Once your child is registered, you will have access to your online account.

Boots & Bows Father/Daughter Dance - February 29 from 6:00-8:00pm, in the HS Cafeteria. Hosted by the Elementary PTO.

Soda Tabs - Please remember to bring in your tabs from soda cans. They will go to help support the Ronald McDonald House.  


Alumni Breakfast - The next breakfast is scheduled for April 29, 2020 in the high school cafeteria. Tickets may be purchased at the door for $6. Doors open at 8:00, with breakfast served at 9:00.  Alumni breakfasts are held the last Wednesday in October and April each year.

Eugene Foundation - Everyone knows how a small sacrifice can make a big difference. If you are interested in supporting the Eugene Foundation, you can help fund scholarships for our seniors seeking post-secondary education. To learn more, view this flyer or email the Foundation.

Character, ethical and moral development is important. A safe and orderly climate is important. It is important to maintain high academic standards. The educational needs of the students must be met. It is important to keep current on educational issues.


The mission of the Cole County R-V School District is to create an environment that will raise the performance of all students and to provide the opportunity to maximize physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development.  In a climate of mutual respect and cooperation, students will develop as:  self directed learners, effective communicators, problem solvers, collaborative workers and responsible citizens.
