District Leadership Conference

Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda, Inc.


FBLA-PBL is the oldest and largest national organization for students preparing for careers in business. FBLA-PBL prepares students for “real world” professional experiences. Members gain the competitive edge for college and career successes. More than a quarter of a million students participate in this dynamic leadership organization.


Members have the opportunity to compete for awards and recognition on the local, state, and national levels in more than 50 different event categories including Web site development, marketing, business plan, public speaking, job interview, network design, and many more!

Club Motto: Bring business and education together in a positive working relationship through innovative leadership and career development programs.


Dues: $20, which includes state & national dues. T-shirts available at additional cost.


Eligibility: Middle School FBLA for 7th/8th grade, and High School FBLA for 9-12 students. You do not have to be enrolled in a business class to join.


Requirements: Complete application, pay dues, and comply with policies and procedures.  Parent/guardian as well as the student must sign the points system sheet which explains how students are able to earn points throughout the year. Students are expected to participate in our annual fundraiser event.  Students who wish to be officers are expected to earn their Business Achievement Awards through National FBLA.  Students may also run for district or state office if desired.
